We offer two different delivery methods:

ARAMEX (Store to door service)

Aramex Store-to-Door + R 99.99 – Aramex shipment sleeves can be bought at kiosks, selected Pick n Pay stores nationwide. Vendor drops off the parcel at their nearest Aramex drop-off point and the parcel will be delivered to the buyer’s door.

PICK UP AT VENDOR’S LOCATION

Buyer has an option to choose collection. The Vendor needs to enable this option in their shop at checkout. If this option is available, the buyer clicks this options, which will send an email to support@loveitagain.co.za. We will make sure parcel will be ready for collection at a given address.

Is there nationwide delivery?
Yes, via Aramex.

Would the buyer pay for delivery?
Yes, the Buyer pays for the items at the checkout.

How long does the delivery take?
Realistically, 2 – 3 working days. Aramex does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

I would like to purchase multiple items and pay for only one delivery
When buying multiple items from one VENDOR, this option is possible.

When buying multiple items from multiple VENDORS, checkout happens individually and delivery at each VENDOR has to take place. Imagine, you are buying something from Cape Town and Jozi, the shipping has to happen separately. I am sure you understand this.

In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates.
