LOVE IT AGAIN is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers. LOVE IT AGAIN is an online pre-loved market place. As the Buyer you are able to purchase goods from the various Chic Mamas’ stores nationwide.

Please note that items are donated to us, we don’t buy into stock or consignment. All proceeds go to educational projects. To date, over 10.5 million Rand was donated to literacy, numeracy and ECD in impoverished areas of South Africa.

THE SHOPPING PROCESS

1. Buyer selects item after browsing site. A Buyer can select categories, sort by latest upload, or through different sorting options
2. Buyer adds item to cart
3. Buyer can then view cart and update cart if desired
4. Before proceeding to checkout, Buyer adds in area details in order for shipping costs to be calculated (it’s very important for the suburb to match the postal code) – or selects “Pick up at Vendor’s location”
5. Buyer then proceeds to checkout and completes billing details
6. Buyer agrees to Terms & Conditions
7. Once this is done Buyer will then click on “PLACE ORDER” and make payment via various options on the Payment Gateway
8. A confirmation email is then sent to Buyer and Vendor with regards to the sale
9. LOVE IT AGAIN receives the Buyer’s payment. The sale is not completed until payment is confirmed
10. LOVE IT AGAIN proceeds to get the package ready for delivery through Aramex, depending on the processing time for each product/vendor. Shipping info will be sent to the Buyer, including when “Pick up at Vendor’s location” is ready
11. Vendor completes the process of the sale. Buyer receives the purchased items, unless there is an issue, the process is complete

THE SHIPPING PROCESS:

1. There are two delivery methods: Via Aramex (store to door courier) or via pick-up at Vendor’s location
2. Buyer selects delivery method at check-out
3. If Buyer selects Aramex, the delivery cost will be added to the checkout amount
4. If the Buyer is purchasing many items from one Vendor, there will only be one delivery fee. If the Buyer is purchasing from various Vendors, a delivery fee will apply for each new Vendor
5. Before proceeding to checkout, Buyer adds in area details in order for shipping costs to be calculated (it’s very important for the suburb to match the postal code) – or selects “Pick up at Vendor’s location”. Buyer can select shipping from one location and pick up from another
6. Once payment is received LOVE IT AGAIN will proceed to get the package ready for delivery or collection
7. Please expect 3-5 working days for processing orders. Shipping also can take up to an extra 2-3 working days, depending on where you live.

HOW LOVE IT AGAIN PROVIDES A SAFE SALE

Buyer makes the payment through the secure payment gateway PayFast into LOVE IT AGAIN’s bank account. All transaction relating to orders can be tracked through LOVE IT AGAIN’s website portal.

REFUNDS

Because LOVE IT AGAIN is a non-profit organisation we are unable to provide refunds, unless in very specific instances, which will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We cannot take responsibility if the item does not fit. Our goods are in great condition, but they are pre-loved so please expect some wear.
