We created a NO RETURN POLICY, because it would become difficult to manage each sale and their contribution to charity. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for a very good reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy and EXEMPTIONS: RETURNS We make exemptions for returning items, if they are: - Damaged – not shown on picture previously
- Totally different to what it was on display (proof necessary)
- Item is different to what buyer ordered
- Other exemptions approved by Love It Again
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the ‘received’ date. All returned items must be in the original packaging, with detailed purchase Invoice attached from the Vendor. This includes: - Date of Purchase
- Name of Vendor
- Name of item purchased
- Price of Item and method of payment
Please note that the BUYER pays for shipping cost to VENDOR’s address. This will be revealed upon approving the RETURN by Love It Again via email correspondence. Love It Again then will reveal the address of the VENDOR. The BUYER will receive the purchase price minus 10% for handling fee, plus the shipping cost originally paid for. Example: top bought for R100. Aramex shipping selected and paid for. 100+99.99= 199.99 Rand paid by BUYER. In case of RETURN approved: BUYER receives 100-10%= 90 Rand + 99.00 shipping = 189.99 Rand The VENDOR forfeits the shipping cost originally paid for RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email customer service at support@loveitagain.co.za to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. After receiving a RA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided. Love It Again will send you the address of the VENDOR then. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You can use one of our selected shipping companies for simplicity. REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, VENDOR will send an email to Love It Again for refunding BUYER. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed to your account. |
